Sapienza Consulting is recruiting a Technical Security Contractor to join NATO – NCIA, at Mons, Belgium.

Responsibilities

The SME will provide technical security electronics and physical security advice to Agency’s Project Security Manager (SSM Mons) on behalf of the ASM. SME will help Project Security Manager shape appropriate Security Design and provide deep, detailed advice on performance standards and integration of SOC related ISS. As project matures, SME will assist Project Manager in exercising peer review over contractual bids, delivering on-site security advice throughout life of project to meet key milestones until FOC and ensuring that delivered Security outcomes meet Agency’s objectives, its SRS and are compliant with NATO Policy.

Profile

  • Requirement is for specialist electronics and physical security consultant with deep and proven expertise in supporting Protective Security Design and providing Protective Security advice, specifically in integration of Physical Security sub-systems such as perimeter protection, SOC, CCTV, IDS, Security Lighting.
  • Must be experienced in working in sensitive classified environments (up to NATO Secret) and be comfortable with overarching NATO Security Policy and with EU Standards. Ideally, SME will have experience of working on similar NATO projects.
  • Have recognised technical security engineering related qualifications/certifications
  • Must hold NATO Security Clearance
  • Fluent business English; knowledge of another NATO member-state language is an asset
