Sapienza Consulting is recruiting a Senior Technician BFS to join NATO – NCIA, at the Hague, the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Managing the daily activities and leave planning for the all-round/civil technical team in cooperation with the instructions from the help desk responsible and the other BFS team members
• Managing the ad-hoc cleaning requests, the cleaning company and the quality control
• Helping with moves and the preparation of changes setup for the meeting rooms
• Applying the local health and safety standards and the internal directions related to Hazardous materials
• Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance of the buildings, including general technical installations

Profile

• Very good understanding of building maintenance, quality requirements and managing of technical staff as well as all onsite contractors dealing with the maintenance
• Knowledge of modern building techniques and applying/modifying
• modern finishing techniques
• Having experience with internal communication, contacts with
• suppliers, administration and office admin software, providing statistics and
• digital archiving documentation
• Must hold NATO Security Clearance
• Fluent business English; knowledge of another NATO member-state language is an asset
