Sapienza Consulting is recruiting a Head of Systems Approach to Training / Quality Assurance to join NATO – NCIA, at Oeiras, Portugal.

Responsibilities

  • Contractor, with guidance from Head SAT /QA supports development and implementation of NCI Academy quality management system, supporting activities and documentation of processes
  • Under guidance of Head SAT/QA and in conjunction with Training Knowledge Centre Heads implement supporting policies and documentation needed to sustain quality management system
  • Supports uploading and creation of Course Control Documents in STUDABA – Reviews Course Control Documents with instructors to improve overall quality, readability, and standardization of approach
  • Supports implementation of common assessment strategy and supporting processes for NCI Academy tests and examinations
  • Supports improvement of student feedback systems and processes
  • Adhere to existing NATO security procedures for physical and logical protection of NATO materials
  • All work details must be properly documented through NCI Agency processes and tool suites
  • Other supporting administrative tasks as required

Profile

  • Contractor assigned to this post will hold secondary education supplemented by substantial qualifications within Quality Assurance / Instructional Systems Design / Adult Education
  • Proven experience in producing statistic reports
  • Proven experience in developing instructional programmes
  • Proven experience in implementing and designing quality assurance processes for education and training delivery
  • Excellent professional English language and writing skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office with an in depth knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent communication skill and ability to communicate with external entities and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of NATO Quality Assurance Standards
  • Knowledge of the NATO Command Structure, with focus on the ETEE
  • Must hold Security Clearance NATO Secret
  • Fluent business English; knowledge of another NATO member-state language is an asset

  • Proven flexibility and agility for keeping abreast with changes and developments in NCI Academy Course Plans and Activities
  • Knowledge of NCIA training organization
  • Good knowledge of NATO Organization (NCS and NFS)
  • Working knowledge of EPM (Electronic Project Management)
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU
