Sapienza Consulting is recruiting an Assistant (Helpdesk/Lock Programmer/Internal Moves)   to join NATO – NCIA, at The Hague, The Netherlands

Responsibilities

  • Manage Buildings and Facilities services request mailbox and communication with different service requestors on interventions and status updates
  • Coordinate (within organisation and Buildings and Facilities service as well as with different contractors) and manage various technical planned and ad-hoc works
  • Manage requests for changes, modifications and shortcomings related to new and renovated building projects
  • Implement Service Catalogue or in interim, prioritise all activities in line with business criticality and health and safety
  • Monitor Service KPI’s for scheduled and corrective maintenance and report back to Head, Buildings and Facilities (Hague)
  • Monitor different activities executed by Dutch RVB and agreed SLA and KPI’s and report back to Head, Buildings and Facilities (Hague)
  • Manage requests for building accesses from third parties via Security Guards and verify/plan escort requirements
  • Programme electronic door locks
  • Act as point of contact for relocation of staff in cooperation with Head, Buildings and Facilities, CAD space manager, and Buildings and Facilities’ technicians
  • Keep track of and document all executed maintenance, issues, and status reports
  • Escalate to Head, Buildings and Facilities, if agreements, SLA’s or KPI’s cannot be met
  • Produce monthly statistics and reports for space allocation to Head, Buildings and Facilities
  • Performs other duties as may be required

Profile

  • Experienced in working with COTS FMIS systems for organisation and archiving of maintenance activities
  • Experienced in prioritisation of scheduled and corrective maintenance
  • Maintaining databases for contractors and their contact persons
  • Working as a customer contact person for helpdesk
  • Good working knowledge of PC’s, MS office, MS Excel and latest AUTOCAD versions
  • Have good written and spoken English communication skills
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively (written and oral)
  • Must hold Security Clearance NATO Secret

Desirable Experience and Education

  • Recent experience in maintenance planning and helpdesk
  • PLANON facility management software or alternative
  • Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements
  • Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT
