Sapienza Consulting is recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner to join NATO – NCIA, at Brussels, Belgium

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building trusted relationship between HR and senior leaders and managers within their responsible business area
  • Communicate with high level of impact with strong influencing and collaborating skills
  • Provide advice and intervention to business on complex employee relations issues such as disciplinary, grievances (mainly senior cases or emerging trends when asked)
  • Communicate clear, accurate understanding of HR analytics (e.g. engagement survey, metrics, turnover, demographics) to business and provide insights into how to use them to solve business requirements, deliver results and drive continuous HR improvement
  • Provide coaching and mentoring for HR Generalists to assist with building high calibre team with skills and capabilities needed to deliver required results
  • Deep project and change management skills, with ability to act as change agent and enable business to manage through change

Profile

  • Master’s degree in HR and at least 7 years of relevant HR professional experience
  • Extensive experience working in a HR Business Partner role
  • Experience partnering across multiple sites and managing various HR disciplines
  • Experience on providing leadership coaching to build essential capabilities and address and resolve employee issues
  • Proven experience building strong business partnerships and executive presence; able to establish credibility and support with operating leaders and Human Resource team

Desirable Experience and Education

  • Experience working on an international environment
  • Thorough knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential

  • Planning and Organising
  • Must hold Security Clearance NATO Secret
  • Fluent business English; knowledge of another NATO member-state language is an asset
