Sapienza Consulting is recruiting a Senior Assistant (CIS plans and project management support) to work at NCIA in Mons, Belgium

Responsibilities

• Assist staffing Small Value Projects (SVP)
• Assist staffing other projects
• IKM Management for SMB
• Assist in development of SMB and CSU processes
• Contribute to Service Operations and Service Transition through ITSM toolkit

Additional duties:

• Incumbent may be required to perform similar duties elsewhere within organization
• Work is normally performed in typical Office environment. Normal working conditions apply
• The risk of injury is classified as: No risk

Profile

• Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
• 3 years of experience in any of the following areas: Project Support, CIS Plans, Service Desk or IKM Management
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Service Management Toolset: Working knowledge
• Word Processing: Working knowledge
• Spreadsheet: Working knowledge
• Graphics Presentation: Working knowledge
• E-mail clients/Web Browsing: Working knowledge
• MS Visio: Working knowledge
• MS Project: Working knowledge
• MS SharePoint: Working knowledge

Desirable Experience and Education:

• Higher Secondary education and completed higher vocational training leading to formal technical or professional certification with 3 years function related experience, or Secondary education and completed advanced vocational training leading to professional qualification or professional accreditation with 5 years post related experience
• Work experience with Customer Relationship Management
• Work experience from a NATO environment
• ITIL Expert
• Fluent business English; knowledge of another NATO member-state language is an asset
