Sapienza Consulting is recruiting a Data Visualisation Analyst to work at NCIA in Mons.

Responsibilities

• Making large and/or complex data more accessible, understandable and usable
• Transforming, improving and integrating data, depending on the business requirements
• Combining the data result sets across multiple sources (also known as data federation)
• Delivering the data in a useful and appealing way to users

Profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Data Visualization, in particular measurement, analysis and reporting in large IT organizations
• Knowledge of IT Service Management;
• Relevant skillset and knowledge of service oriented environment, governed by Service Level Agreements (SLA);
• Working experience analysing IT Service Delivery Performance based on KPIs / metrics;
• Experience (advanced level) in the following Microsoft tools: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Word;
• Experience in service management and reporting tools, and more specifically BMC ITSM suite or equivalent;
• Experience in information sharing and processing tools, and more specifically in web content management, MS SQL, MS SharePoint, MS Business Intelligence Services, or their equivalents;
• Working experience with data visualization tools;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Ability to work with large amounts of information and see the ‘bigger picture’;
• Comfortable with juggling facts, figures, and number crunching;
• Communication skills, both written and oral;
• Critical thinking: able to look at numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings;
• Attention to detail;
• Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT is an asset.
• Additionally it is considered highly desirable that you hold certification / practical knowledge in the following areas:
• ITIL v3 (or higher) certification, at least Foundation level;
• Data visualisation tools such as ITSM Dashboards, Smart Reporting, YellowFin, Tableau, Datawrapper, Flourish, Board, Connect Smart
• Must hold NATO Secret Security Clearance
