Sapienza specialises in providing organisations in the Space and Defence industry with Software andManpower. Sapienza has offices in Germany, France, the Netherlands and the UK. The Netherlands office hasa team of software developers, commercial and internal services employees and provides administrativesupport to our manpower and services staff in the UK, Germany, and the Netherlands.Sapienza is looking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator to work within an existing HR team

Responsibilities

• Administration maternity leave, parental leave, dependant leave

• Registering sick leave with the Arbodienst and reporting to the Line Manager

• Preparation of 30% ruling applications

• Manage and administrate the procedures for short and long-term sickness, and leave (including anyspecial leave) and ensure the appropriate systems are kept up to date

• Arbodienst registration and UWV reporting

Profile

• Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload

• At least 2 years’ experience in Human Resources administrative processes

• Clear understanding of UWV process

• Understand the types of regulatory leave in the Netherlands and how to apply them

• Understand the maternity leave, paternity leave (incl. entitlement). Processing them.

• Understand the sickness process in the Netherlands (how to do a plan van aanpak, how to transfer filesto UWV, all the deadlines around sickness, etc)

• Understand 30% ruling and has experience preparing an application

• Good work ethic with focus on accuracy and reliability

• Fluent in English written and spoken

• Fluent Dutch language skills required

• Excellent presentation skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Self-motivated, with commitment to continual learning and development

• Experienced with Microsoft Office suite

• Good communicator who is able to explain things clearly and in a professional manner

• Excellent telephone skills

• Willing to undergo security clearance procedures
