Sapienza Consulting is recruiting a Licence Management Specialist to work at NATO NCIA in Mons, Belgium.

Responsibilities

License Management Specialist

• Renewing Software Licenses
• Ensuring adequate number and usage of licenses by monitoring, analyzing and optimizing
• Managing EBA – creating Purchase Requests, monitor acquisition process, creating receipts
• Supporting Customers in the area of Software License Management
• Liaising with Service Owners/Managers, Inventory Management and business representatives to ensure proper tracking of all software product deployed to Customers
• Supporting Software Asset Management (SAM) Tool implementation and configuration
• Managing Site Certificates

Profile

• Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
• Knowledge and experience in NCIA procurement processes
• Experience in managing and implementing SAM tool
• Knowledge of how software usage supports business functions and processes
• Experience in managing Software Licenses based on Enterprise Agreements
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Superior organizational, analytical and customer service skills
• Proficient with the MS Office Suite of tools, especially Word and Excel Process and results oriented
