We have an opportunity for an experienced Sales/Account Manager. You will be part of our clients’ business team and be used to working in a fast-paced environment. You have a critical role to play where you are responsible for orchestrating game changing solutions to be delivered to our clients. Our client is growing fast as a company, launching more satellites and expanding their business globally.

Responsibilities

Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined business goals
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities
Effectively manage multiple accounts, while seeking new opportunities
Provide professional after-sales support to maximize client loyalty
Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding focus and needs, and anticipating them in advance
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the client’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation

Profile

Ideally a minimum of 3 years work experience selling satellite imagery/data internationally
Good knowledge of the remote sensing industry and well-established networks of business relationships, which can be activated
Powerful negotiation skills in a global business setting
Good listener, who can help clients discover their fundamental needs and come up with innovative solutions to excite them to do business with the company
Ability to take individual ownership to support the collective and make others successful
Comfortable with ambiguity and taking ownership, ready to self-define the role within the team and responsibilities expected, without being told what to do
Thrive working in an interdisciplinary Team, coordinating the efforts of the different departments to deliver real value to our clients
