On behalf of our Canadian client GHGSat, we are looking for Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts. Your mission will be to support your customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of their products. Your focus will be on customer loyalty and building close long-term client relationships, with the objective of expanding adoption and generating value for the customer. You will also support the development of customer success processes to ensure GHGSat’s commitments to its customers are met.
As the link between sales and operations within GHGSat, you will drive value realization and return on the customer’s investment. In addition, you will utilize your knowledge of remote sensing, GIS and the specifics of methane-emitting industries to be your customers’ go-to resource for all things GHGSat during the execution of a contract. You will also advocate on behalf of the customer in bringing feedback to sales and operations and identify possible product iterations needed to meet their needs.
