We are recruiting a Configuration and Document Management Support for Sapienza to work at the Global Navigation Satellite System Agency (GSA) in Prague.

Responsibilities

• Establishment and maintenance of exploitation configuration management processes and activities, including use of specific IT tools (for unclassified and RUE documents)
• Ensure the correctness, accessibility, rapid availability, reliability and security of information provided to all the actors both internal and external to the EUSPA;
• Coordination EUSPA CADM activities as necessary
• Ensure that all the actors who need access to information are aware of its availability, the means of access, and related methods and procedures;
• Contribute to the documentation review and acceptance process definition and implementation
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of the configuration identification, control, accounting and verification processes.
• Support or implement the Configuration Control Board secretary function

Profile

• Experience in CaDM activities:
  • Support CaDM Processes Procedures
  • Create Delivery Notes, MoMs and Activity Reports
  • Manage documentation availability, the documentation tracking list, quality checklists
  • Create and maintain baselines (contractual, technical, Configuration Item Data List)
  • Create and maintain as-built data lists, CI data lists, inspection plans and inspection reports
  • Review CCB terms of refence and maintain the CCB database
• Space project experience will be considered a very strong asset
• Experience working within ECSS, MIL, or similar standards or within SECOPS defined environments
• Experience working with classified information will also be considered valuable
• CMMI certification will be considered an asset
• Holds or is willing (and able) to obtain a valid EU Secret Security clearance
• Fluent in English
