Sapienza, a tpgroup company,  is embarking on an exciting journey and we sit at the heart of the space sector. We develop our own space software called ECLIPSE which has over 20,000 users. We also provide consulting, digital solutions and engineering services across the full lifecycle of mission and safety critical programmes in Critical Infrastructure, Defence and Space sectors.

For our highly dedicated Finance Team based in Noordwijk, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Finance Administrator to join us.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process invoices + expenses report in line with Group Policies
• Maintain the Accounts Payable ledger
• Maintain the cash reconciliation
• Enter financial data such as monthly accruals, deferrals, reclassifications into the ledger in line with Group Policies and IFRS
• Provide details to local accountants to comply with Local GAAP reporting requirements
• Maintain accurate reconciliation of accounts
• Ensure timely completion of the assigned accounting tasks that are in accordance with the outlined policies and procedures
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather, analyse, and interpret relevant financial information
• Provide support by gathering different documents, reconciliations, perform different ad-hoc reports during audit process

Profile

• Degree in Finance/Accounting
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, GL accounting, Accounts Payable
• Attention to detail
• Good communication Skills
• Time Management and organizational Skills
• Ability to work independently
• English required (Dutch will be advantageous)
• Experience with Exact globe preferred
