Sapienza Consulting, a tpgroup company, is recruiting a Website Content Technical Support for Sapienza to work on our Customers Site (ESA-ESTEC).

Sapienza has been a partner of ESA for over 20 years, and we pride ourselves in supporting a wide range of missions including Galileo, MTG, Copernicus and ExoMars. Our team is international with activities across the U.K., the Netherlands, North Macedonia, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Italy and Spain.

Note that this is a temporary position until the end of April 2022 with possible extension. 

Responsibilities

• Perform regular refurbishment of the templates and website structure, including contributions to the possible transition of material from SciTech to Cosmos
• Assess the websites compliance with ESA Data Protection policies and adapt non-compliant parts of the website in collaboration with the Data Protection Officer and Communications team
• Autonomy, solution-oriented approach to tasks, and good team communication skills.

Profile

• Bachelor from a recognised Institution of secondary studies or equivalent qualification in Journalism, Business Administration or Communications
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in copywriting
• Knowledge of social media tools and strategy, and online publishing tools
• Familiarity with online publishing tools
• A scientific background, (e.g. in space science) would be an asset
• Fluent in English; knowledge of another ESA member-state language is an asset
