Our specialist talent acquisition team not only supplies skilled engineers into the space agencies, but we also work with many exciting NewSpace ventures across the globe. Due to our continued growth, we are looking to hire a recruitment administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our European talent acquisition team.


Working closely with the lead recruiter for the European Space Agency you will be responsible for the following activities.

  • Creation of job descriptions
  • Creation of Proposed Candidate Forms (PCF)
  • Advertising vacancies on all the relevant platforms
  • Adding new positions to our internal Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and to ECLIPSE (Internal software suite)
  • Reviewing candidate PCF’s and preparing all documents for ESA submissions.
  • ESA submissions through esa-star
  • Utilising our ATS you will build hotlists/pipeline development for future hires
  • Create marketing content on social media which promotes Serco space business and our talent acquisition team
  • Any other recruitment support that is required by our European space talent acquisition team


  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or similar
  • Previous experience within a recruitment / human resources environment
  • Good experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good administration and organisation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work remotely and independently
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • Team player
  • Data driven (We love data)
  • Creative, able to come up with new sourcing ideas and how to improve efficiency
  • Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System is desirable
  • Ambitious, career minded
  • Good communication skills (fluent in English, additional European language is an advantage)
