Responsibilities

The main purpose would be to work on challenging projects as a PCB designer. The role requires to collaborate with electrical, mechanical and manufacturing engineers to produce printed circuit board designs integral to launch and flight. Will have a great opportunity to play a very crucial role in electronics hardware design

More specifically, you will:

  • Be responsible to produce printed circuit board designs for Avionics supporting launch vehicles and spacecraft
  • Be responsible to work closely with design engineers to implement high-speed mixed signal designs by ensuring established standards and guidelines are applied
  • Be responsible to update and create parts library
  • Create and validate Schematic Designs

Profile

WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU HAVE

Must have:

  • MSc in Electrical Engineering or similar
  • Professional experience in PCB/Schematics design
  • Good communication skills and a great team player
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Highly organised and proactive with high attention to detail
  • Can-do attitude and outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Driven and eager to learn
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have:

  • Experience using Altium Designer
  • Experience in high-density/high-speed design
  • Experience in designing for thermal reduction and high-vibration environments
  • Experience with low noise design and minimization of EMI/EMC
  • Demonstrated understanding of Design for Manufacturability, Design for Assembly, and Design for Testability
