The Finance & Office Admin will provide finance support, ensuring proper and robust financial records are kept. This person will also assist with general administrative and office management related topics and will help ensure that we work in a quality, safe, fit for purpose office environment, representing value for money by coordinating appropriate purchasing activities.

More specifically, you will:

  • Support the team with all finance and administrative topics including invoicing, travel bookings and expense claims.
  • Working with the Talent team, support payroll management including managing changes and updates including responding to related ad hoc queries.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and own re-ordering processes.
  • Manage social calendar including celebration of staff birthdays and other special occasions.
  • Help organise specific meetings inside and outside of the office.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed to staff, including to those based overseas.
  • Manage outgoing and incoming post.
  • Oversee the cleaning activities (ensure the office environment is kept clean and tidy).


  • Experience in a similar role providing finance and office administration support.
  • Highly organised and proactive with high attention to detail.
  • Can-do attitude and outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
