TOMI is a fully transversal entity within Operations, supporting Plants, FALs and MRO on Strategy, Factory of the Future, Performance & Improvement, and Industrial Academy.

The Communication Intern role will actively contribute to the definition, update and deployment of an Internal Communication Plan in order to increase visibility of the Industrial Strategy and Performance & Improvement team across Airbus DS.

Responsibilities

Main duties:

• Implementing and following up a communication plan of Operations in Airbus Defense and Space
• Coordinating the project of an internal newsletter for Production (distributed in Spain, UK, France, Germany and Poland)
• Coordinating the focal points for communication from the different sites and functions of Production within Airbus Defense and Space (located in Spain, UK, France, Germany and Poland)
• Creating presentations and graphic material for the different stakeholders
• Managing and updating an internal website
• Supporting the organization of events and creating content for several internal channels

Other tasks

• Creating and editing video material
• Creating and editing photos
• Writing content such as reports, invitations and other documents
• Creating brochures, maps paper material
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations
