Responsibilities

The communication function ensures a trusted and timely dialogue with internal and external stakeholders of the Airbus Group, its divisions and subsidiaries. The function is constantly evolving to set new standards in product and corporate communication to drive the company strategy, nurture partnerships and build a strong brand reputation around the world.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver an integrated strategy that supports operating targets, anticipates market needs and engages key stakeholders, while adapting rapidly to change, capitalizing on new opportunities and managing crises
  • Develop a range of creative and cost-effective tools, resources and platforms that combine the best of face-to-face, print, audio-visual, exhibition and digital techniques. Use these to foster dialogue with key stakeholders, position senior management as industry leaders and deliver messages about the company’s heritage, current activities and future ambitions
  • Align budgets, processes, messaging, tools, timing and measurement across all divisions, subsidiaries and functions to reduce waste, identify synergies, mitigate risk, share best practice, maximize impact and increase return on investment
  • Provide guidelines, policies and support to promote quality, alignment, transparency, honesty and eco-efficiency in all aspects of communication, sponsorship, donations and protocol

This role will involve extensive travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Degree in Communications or a related discipline
  • Experience in Branding, Media Relations, Digital Media and Communication Management
  • Work experience abroad
  • Ability to work within a team and to work in an international environment
  • Excellent communication and networking skills towards different stakeholders
  • Fluent in English
