We look forward to you joining us as an intern (d/f/m) at the department Vehicles Mission Systems. This department develops vehicle systems for helicopters like fuel systems, environmental control systems, rescue hoist, cargo hook, life rafts, fast rope, cable cutter, lining, inboard equipment’s and VIP configurations.

  • Location: Donauwörth
  • Start: October 2019
  • Duration: 5-6 months
  • Contract type: (35 hours/week, flexi-time)

Responsibilities

  • Supplying design space investigation and 3D developing
  • Optimization of the development and process flows
  • 3D topology optimization and design activities for additive manufacturing
  • Interface improvement between Engineering, Flight Line and Final Assembly Line
  • Participation in departmental innovation topics
  • Simplification of internal methods, particularly with Excel + SAP
  • Assistance in reporting and project management tasks

Profile

  • Enrolled student (d/f/m) in the field of aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field of study
  • Profound knowledge of CATIA V5-
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge in metal and composite design / manufacturing
  • Team spirit and good communication skills
  • Independent working method
  • Fluent in German and English
