About this job

Fokker Elmo Research and Technology department is looking for a Technology Engineer. The Technology Engineer plays a key role in the realization of the Systems Integration vision that aims to make step-change in weight, volume and cost of the current Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems (EWIS) technology. Over the years, EWIS on Aero engines have grown significantly and became the heaviest system on the Aero engine. For that reason, engine manufacturers have a high demand of weight reductions. As conventional EWIS technologies have reached their limits, a disruptive technology is required to make a significant impact.

A full-time position at the Technology department of Fokker Elmo, which develops enablers for new process- and product solutions. It strives to develop (future) technology that provides significant value to the company. The Fokker Elmo Technology department is part of GKN Aerostructures & Systems Europe & Asia (ASEA).
