Responsibilities

• In consultation with the Head of ME and the Site Directors developing the Strategic policy in ME and the translation of this into tactical, operational and Functional level.
• In addition, the continuous testing and improvement of the ME organisation Sites.
• Also you are in consultation with Head of ME to evaluate and prioritize innovation proposals and improvement proposals for ROADMAPS and operational annual plans.
• Conducting and implementing comprehensive, complex and multidisciplinary innovation-/Improve process standards projects for the sites based on operational/Annual plans.

Other tasks you will be busy with are:

• Analysing and reporting Kpi’s as input for innovation/improvement proposals from Innovation/improvement projects.
• Drawing up and issuing innovation proposals and improvement proposals
• Setting up, managing, carrying out and training process standards
• Ensuring that process standards comply with legislation, international standards 

Profile

• You are passionate about what you do;

• You have excellent communication skills on all levels and a result driven attitude;
• You have a structured way of working;
• You have a Bachelor- or Master Degree in Aerospace- or Mechanical Engineering;
• You have a minimum of 7 year experience in a dynamic production environment of which a minimum of 4 year experience in the field of Manufacturing Engineering and related production technologies: the assembly of both metal and composite parts, measure methodologies, tolerance methodologies;
• You have many skills in CAD (CATIA) and/or statistical analysis (eg Minitab) software;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English language (verbal and written).
