Responsibilities

  • Analyze and develop solutions for end-to-end workflow driven business processes
  • Interact with solution consultants, solution architects, developers, data migration resources and business users to understand processes and requirements across work streams of document management, part management and BOM management
  • Aid in setting and managing expectations, demonstrating thought leadership to effectively influence key contacts and recommend solutions.
  • Assist in defining a global part centric product structure
  • Develop functional as well as technical specifications in the areas of document management, part management and BOM management
  • Configures and tests systems to execute features, integration, and reporting.
  • Support project management activities to control scope, cost, schedule and quality.
  • Mentor team members.
  • Make technical recommendations related to change requests.

Profile

  • Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and/or Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Technology or equivalent knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
    • PLM experience in the areas of document management, part management, BOM, BOP/Routing management and access control (ITAR), including experience with Enterprise PLM, ERP or MES end-to-end implementations.
    • 1+ years working in a customer facing environment.
    • Ability to travel 25% with occasional international trips required.
    • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Teamcenter experience preferred.
    • Business Process Improvement or Lean exposure preferred.
    • Understanding of database design / data modelling.
    • Strong Process mapping understanding and problem solving skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • A self-starter with strong communication skills.
