Are you ready for take-off? As a Financial Program Controller (FPC) you will be part of the finance team of the NH90 helicopter program and responsible for the financial accounting and program control in one of the clusters within the program, and four our departments. You support management in achieving the strategic and operational goals and support them with financial reports and analyses. You are part of the NH90 finance team together with two other financials with a direct report to the NH90 Group Controller. You will work closely with your finance colleagues within the program but also with Central Reporting. A strong working relation with the NH90 cluster manager, it team members and unit managers is key.You are responsible for accounting, budgeting, latest estimates, management information and monthly reporting for your cluster with a good sense of risks and opportunity. Responsiblities will not end at P&L but also involves Balance Sheet. Twice a year you will assist in the external audit process of the company.

Please bear in mind that this is a temporary position with an expected duration of 6 months.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare the monthly actual financial accounts for your cluster and units, prepare, analyse, discuss and submit monthly reports and forecastings;
  • Prepare periodic (quarterly) balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany positions;
  • Prepare, analyse, discuss and submit yearly operational plan and strategic plan for your cluster and units;
  • Support internal and external audits, including checks and documentation on financials reported;
  • You can speak and write fluently in both English and Dutch;
  • Be involved in ad-hoc topics and improvement projects (cost, margin, working capital and financial control framework).

Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar workfield;
  • You have at least a Bachelor work and thinking level in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field;
  • Preferably experience in an international manufacturing environment;
  • You have experience with financial processes, systems, procedures and working methods;
  • Experienced user in Excel, experience with ERP systems is pre;
  • Good analytic and communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
