We have an exciting opportunity for a quality professional to join our team. You will be required to review the Military Airworthiness Authority (MAA) Regulatory website to monitor for changes that could affect BDUKs MAOS, CFAOS and DAOS approvals. To work within the MRP change process and communicate the changes to the post holders to ensure impact assessment are carried out in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Non-conformance management.
  • Compliance monitoring against the MRP for MAOS, CFAOS and DAOS approvals.
  • Internal audits against the MRP and AS9100/9110.
  • Occurrence investigation and root cause analysis.
  • Liaison with the customer with regards to Quality Occurrence Reports.
  • Quality liaison with the BDUK Airworthiness Team including CAMO Quality Management support.
  • Root Cause Corrective Action for any internal and external non-conformances.
  • Chair of the MRP change board.
  • Owner of the regulatory change process, leading process improvements across different aircraft including, Chinook, Apache, P8 and E7 operating at multiple sites.
  • Liaison with the BDUK Office of Part-145 for regulatory and process changes.
  • Communication with the MAA for submission of potential waivers, AAMC or exemptions iaw with the MRP change process.
  • Input information into the DOORS system of change to the regulatory baseline for all aircraft platforms.

Profile

Competencies:

  • Ideally trained in quality systems
  • Change Management experience
  • Excellent cross departmental communication skills
  • Experience with Risk assessments and auditing
