Job position: Employer Branding Intern M/F (Internship – Brussels)

We are looking for an Intern to join AKKA Belgium, in Brussels.

You will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition by contributing to Employer branding topics linked to our recruitment strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze our Employer Branding data;
• Create & implement Employer Branding strategy together with the Head of Talent Acquisition;
• Create content for our Talent Social Medias (Linkedin, Facebook & Instagram);
• Promote our Recruitment events, presence to job fairs (Campus Management) …;
• Promote the image of AKKA;
• Support the team on diverse Recruitment projects.

Profile

• You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing / Social Media / Public Relations;
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch or French and English;
• At ease with IT and Social Networks;
• You have good communication skills (written and spoken);
• Confident and pro-active, dynamic personality;
• You like working in a team but you can also work autonomously and proactively.
