Responsibilities

The candidate will work independently and also in a team, in order to support Administration and Marketing Unit.

The task assigned to the candidate will include (at least):

  • Draft, review, manage & maintain Business Unit commercial and contractual arrangements (e.g. sales contracts, teaming agreements, collaborative arrangements, licence agreements, NDAs, etc);
  • Establishes the contractual documents according to the guidelines provided and approved by the manager and by the Company Management;
  • Relates to the subcontractors, following the contracts for the stipulation and collection of documents, facilitating the passage of information, verifying documents and milestones;
  • Manages highly complex documentation, in coordination with all company functions, with different disciplines, in national and international contexts;
  • Ensures that the approval workflow is compiled according to the company guidelines;
  • Deals with the screening of tenders calls at international level;
  • Deals with the retrieval of the tender documentation on sites or databases;
  • Collaboration with the Procurement Office, collecting all the information necessary for the stipulation of the dedicated contractual documentation;
  • Support to Procurement Office in the management of the documentation of the international shipments and the custom’s procedures

Profile

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree in Law or Economics field
  • Working experience: Middle Level (3-5 years)
  • High flexibility and team-working skills
  • Cope with hard schedule
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

  • Autonomy and pro-activity;

  • Excellent ability to analyse and solve problems (problem solving);
  • Ability to work in international and multi-cultural contexts;

ADDITIONAL ASSETS

  • Good knowledge of Space Industry,
  • Knowledge of ESA/ASI Tender rules
