GDUK is engaged in a Reliability Growth Trials (RGT) Program for the AJAX family of vehicles. RGT Program comprises operation of 9 vehicles from 4 variant designs through simulated Battlefield Missions (BFMs) to identify and correct failure modes. GDUK is seeking a Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Durability (RAM-D) Analyst to support the RAM-D throughout the RGT program. The successful candidate will be a key player within the team who is prepared to lead from the front and work within a multi-national team and customer community. The individual will be required to lead a diverse team, working across geographical and cultural divides to execute an intensive test program with a challenging schedule.

Responsibilities

Purpose of Position

The RAM-D Analyst is responsible for executing the RAM-D analysis in accordance with the company processes. Activities include but not limited to:

• execution of reliability models (Duane, Crow, AMSAA, PM2, etc.),
• review of failures and assessments of corrective actions to determine appropriate FEFs,
• development of RAM-D CDRLs.

Responsibilities

• Development, maintenance, and ownership of the vehicle RAM-D models
• Support the RAM-D Manager in development, maintenance, and ownership of the program RAM-D processes and tools
• Development, maintenance, and reporting of RAM-D metrics
• Development of the RAM-D CDRLS
• Support of DRACAS process to define and enforce scoring criteria
• Close monitoring of key supplier RGT Programme
• Support to R&M Working Groups

Desirable

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant field
• Experience with reliability models such as Duane, Crow-Extended, AMSAA, and PM2
• Good understanding of MIL-HDBK-189C
