We are looking for a Maritime Cost Lead to join our Cost Engineering team in Fareham.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team, who are working

Responsibilities

This position sits within our Consulting side of the business who work in partnership
with the defence sector, national government bodies, international institutions and
global prime contractors on enterprise transformation, feasibility analysis, systems
engineering, programme delivery and support.

The Maritime Cost Lead role will be based out of our Fareham office, focussed on a
specific framework within the defence sector. Within this role you will be acting as the
account manager for this client, overseeing the cost modelling for all the delivery work
provided by our consultants. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to
make a step up into a Lead consultant role, as this is an expanding team, and you will
have the opportunity to mould and develop how the team looks in the future.

Profile

The right applicant for this role will be someone who has a consultancy or client side
background within a cost engineering role. You will have experience in managing client
relationships, ideally you will have worked in, or with clients, in the defence sector.
You will have developed strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, as
you will be the main point of contact for this framework. You must have proven cost
estimating and modelling capabilities, ideally with CCEA and APMP qualifications.

 Candidates must have an existing right to live and work in the UK.
 Candidates will need to undergo an internal BPSS check prior to gaining site
access.
 Candidates will also need to either hold a current SC clearance or be willing
and eligible to undergo a Security Clearance check (SC level) upon starting
their employment with the company.
o To gain SC clearance you will normally need at least 5 years’ UK
residency.
