A key member of the ADS NEO Transaction team.

Daily Bank Account duties – to include:

  • Posting Cash, management of all interim GL accounts
  • Processing of all Payment runs & One off payment requests
  • To work closely with AR analyst to provide full cover for holiday/sickness leave when required to include posting cash, raising invoices
  • Support Deputy HO NEO

Responsibility for Legal Entities 2855, (P11 & NUP) 1844, 1493.

Responsibilities

  • Cash Forecasting
  • Posting Cash daily and ensuring all unidentified items are investigated and relevant department informed
  • Review and resolve incorrect postings
  • Reconcile all Interim accounts for all 3 Legal Entities
  • Vendor/Employee account Approval
  • eBAM
  • ERM
  • AP Payment Runs – All 3 Legal Entities
  • TE Payment Runs – All 3 Legal Entities
  • Manual payments – All 3 Legal Entities
  • Liase with AP team to ensure all returned payments are dealt with, ensuring Vendor accounts are updated
  • Interview Expenses
  • Mentor & work on Improvements for AR process
  • Cover for Annual Leave & Busy times if required
  • AP Reports – monitor workload/KPIs
  • Review of Statement reconciliations
  • Liase with Internal Finance/Business collegaue providing adhoc nformation when required
  • Assist with Year End process
  • Support External Auditor queries
  • Support with Process & System Improvements, UAT, Reporting
  • Full Support for all Internal controls – Ethics & Compliance, ERM, KPIs
  • Support Team
  • Adhoc Tasks

Profile

  • Minimum 5-10 years expereince
  • Experience of AR & AP Ledger
  • Bank Account Management
  • Competent use of Excel, Word and Outlook to allow efficient communication internally and externally
  • Knowledge of SAP essential
  • Can do’ Professional attitude/ self starter requiring minimal supervision
