We are a multi-cultural team dealing with every aspect of marketing. You will gain significant insights into the specificities of the Cyber Security industry, the generalities of marketing and the daily life of a business positioned on a very competitive market.

• Start: 01.07.2019 / as soon as possible
• Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will cover the following activities:

• Support of project management and bid management
• Administrative support (incl. preparation of revenue generation and invoicing)
• Tracking actual spend and forecasting future costs, adjusting programme forecasts
• Support Resource Management
• Support Risk & Opportunity Management
• Support Schedule Management
• Flexibility to opt-in and drive other tasks

Profile

You offer:

• Enrolled full time student within Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or similar field of study
• Strong Focus on accuracy
• PMO: strong interest to learn more
• Interest for the cyber world
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in German and/or French is a plus
• You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
