We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced coded Welder / Fabricator to join our friendly, well-established engineering business based in Dukinfield.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication & welding of steam/air type heat exchangers in carbon steel,stainless steel and alloy materials.
• Welding of heavy fabrications

Profile

Essential

• Candidates must be expert welders able to do X-ray, UT and ASME 9 coded welding.
• Candidates must be fully skilled in tig/mig/mma welding.
• Able to read and interpret CAD drawings.
• Good team worker.
• Candidates must have an existing right to live and work in the UK
• Must be able to obtain a basic security check, which will normally require you to have been resident in the UK for at least 3 years

Desirable

• Fabrication experience would be preferred
• The successful candidate is likely to have served a full apprenticeship.
• Experience in sub arc welding would be an advantage but is not a necessity.
