EMW, Inc., has been awarded a 3-year, $40 million single-award IDIQ contract for the Support Service Contract for Cyber Defence from the NATO NCI Agency.

The NCI Agency delivers secure, coherent, cost-effective and interoperable communications and information systems and services in support of consultation, command & control and enabling intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities for NATO. NCI Agency headquarters is located in Brussels, Belgium, and the agency operates in over 30 locations throughout Europe, North America, and South-East Asia.

Under the contract, EMW will provide a wide range of services throughout the various NCI Agency directorates. The services or “competency areas” include all facets of Cyber Defence.

Responsibilities

Scope of this work under this task order composed of number of work packages:

• Work package 1
  • Current parser solution evaluation – contractor will perform assessment of current solution in place and recommend way ahead regarding national systems ingestion mechanisms.
• Work package 2
  • Updating current parser solution – contractor will work on completion of national systems ingestion mechanisms based on approved recommendation made at work package 1.
• Work package 3
  • Documenting implemented solution – contractor will thoroughly document solution (s)he will implement and perform Handover/Takeover before end of contract.

• REQUIRED SECURITY CLEARANCE: Current NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET (CTS-BOHEMIA preferred) – please only apply if you have this clearance, otherwise your application will be rejected for this contract
• For this consultancy we are looking for experienced C# Software Developers who can be productive from the start.
• Consultancy support for this work requires Software Engineer with following qualifications:
  • Candidate has degree in Computer Science (or closely related engineering field)
  • Candidate has 5+ years experience in software development in C# using current release of Visual Studio. Work is currently conducted with Visual Studio 2017
  • Candidate has experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration
  • Candidate has experience with Entity Framework
  • Candidate has flexible, cooperative and customer focused attitude; sets high standards for quality and quantity; monitors and maintains quality and productivity; works in systematic, methodical and orderly way
  • Candidate is able to work well in multi-national environment
  • Candidate is able to speak and write fluent English
  • Candidate has nationality of one of the NATO nations.
