EMW, Inc., has been awarded a 3-year, $40 million single-award IDIQ contract for the Support Service Contract for Cyber Defence from the NATO NCI Agency.

The NCI Agency delivers secure, coherent, cost-effective and interoperable communications and information systems and services in support of consultation, command & control and enabling intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities for NATO. NCI Agency headquarters is located in Brussels, Belgium, and the agency operates in over 30 locations throughout Europe, North America, and South-East Asia.

Under the contract, EMW will provide a wide range of services throughout the various NCI Agency directorates. The services or “competency areas” include all facets of Cyber Defence.

Responsibilities

System Administrator

  • Prepare and maintain operational workstation baseline for multiple networks within the agency
  • Assure successful deployment of security updates and antimalware/data loss prevention endpoints
  • Assure security hardening based on security settings and group policies
  • Provide automated reporting on utilization of resources with regards to licensing and capacity management
  • Load users and workstations into a datacenter – centric infrastructure
  • Install and document remote application provisioning services based on but not limited to Windows Remote App concept
  • Liaise with the Agency’s Centralized Service Desk for incident problem and change management
  • Create documentation for Standard Operative Instructions (SOI) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Document information in Knowledge Management System
  • Performs 2nd level of support for Incident Management

Profile

  • REQUIRED SECURITY CLEARANCE: NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET, must hold an active security clearance prior to applying either NATO or your countries equivalent
  • Knowledge of the entire Microsoft Operating system product line administration, with focus on Windows 10 as client operating systems ,
  • Experience of Windows 10 Administration and relevant certifications: e.g. MCITP.
  • Experience in client provisioning and bare metal install using MDT and SCCM as toolsets
  • Experience in troubleshooting client OS and software provisioning problems
  • Experience in Application Provisioning technologies
  • Deep Experience in Software and Asset management tools and capabilities
  • Deep Experience on language Scripting (e.g. PowerShell, vbs)
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in remote application provisioning services based on, but not limited to, Windows Remote App concept
  • Optional: – Thin client I zero client deployment technology
