The Marketing Operations Executive role operates as the backbone of the Marketing & Communications team, focusing on supporting the planning and execution of all activities within the Marketing Strategy and Plan for 2020.You will be required to work across our many sites in both the UK and Europe, building relationships across the company, supporting the future growth and success of TP Group plc.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Marketing & Communications team in the management of exhibition attendance, sponsorships, hospitality events and the creation of engaging marketing material.
  • Implement the Internal Communications strategy, to include:
    • Manage contents for company quarterly magazine, The Circle
    • Manage the TEAM tpgroup Core Values programme
    • Generate and send Internal Communications emails
    • Chair Charity Site Representatives meetings
  • Establishing and enforcing processes and procedures, within the department,are maintained, monitor Market Sector and Enquiry emails
  • Registering event attendance, ensuring the correct Purchase Orders have been raised and Invoices paid in a timely manner
  • Keeping activities on track, organised and scheduling tasks across the team and providing administrative, logistics and marketing support for the successful delivery of our many activities
  • Manage our STEM programme
  • Support the delivery of Marketing & Communications Campaign plans.

Profile

Essential Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills, with a structured approach to prioritising and arranging tasks
  • Friendly with a “can-do” attitude, with a genuine interest in people and improving Internal Communications across the company
  • Willingness to learn new skills, (potential for expanding this role) as well as share current knowledge and expertise
  • Business or Marketing qualification and at least 2 years’ experience of in working in a busy marketing & communications or an office environment,juggling many different task and projects
  • Good communication skills – comfortable with liaising with people across our many sites and at all levels.

Preferred but not essential:

  • Experience of representing the company at exhibitions, conferences and events
  • Good copy-editing skills.
