An exciting opportunity exists to join our team responsible for designing and developing advanced test solutions for our high quality military radar products as a hardware design and integration engineer at our Edinburgh facility.

Responsibilities

You will develop test capability for a number of complex antenna and related sub-assemblies onto our state-of-the-art Antenna Core Test Equipment (ACTE) and interface with a multi-disciplinary team of hardware, software, firmware and mechanical design engineers as well as progress your designs through procurement, manufacture, integration and sell-off activities.

You will be responsible for the design, manufacture and delivery of Test Program Set (TPS) hardware and related data packs to facilitate testing of Radar Antenna sub-units to an agreed schedule.

You will be responsible for managing plans and reporting progress to line management.

Profile

You will ideally be degree qualified in Electronics Engineering and have a good knowledge and experience of test and measurement techniques with experience of one or more of ATE, RF, power, digital or analogue integration.

Familiarity with the DOORS requirements management tool is desirable but not essential.
