You will work within multidiscipline Integrated Project Teams of Software, Systems, Firmware and Electronics engineers. You will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of the product development, from solution concept through software requirements, design, implementation, test, software integration, hardware integration and system integration.

Will you have specific role or can you move around?

This is a specific role related to the development of embedded radar software.  Beyond this our team structure provides the flexibility for individuals to move to suit their interests, skills or career development goals. We have many different types of product, each with their own engineering challenges and all with an increasing need for software enabled capabilities that will allow us to exploit multiple technologies in an open and flexible architecture.

Will there be interaction with other external customers?

Yes! Because the software is involved in most aspects of our products there are plenty of opportunities to work with partners, customers and end users throughout the development. This can extend to working with our products in the field and on aircraft.
