Responsibilities

A typical day will include the provision of proactive, responsive and high quality generalist advice and partnering support including employee relations, absence and performance management, inclusion & diversity, talent management and succession planning.

Profile

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience of working within a HR Advisory/Generalist role within a large organisation.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive with the credibility to engage stakeholders at all levels in the business.
  • Results orientated with demonstrable ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • CIPD Qualified.

Joining a small but established team you will bring your ability to coach and advise managers with a view to improving leadership capability, ensuring compliance with legal and company process and maintain a high performance culture.

Ideally, you may also have experience of some of the following:

  • Previous experience working on people change programmes.
  • Experience in the use of HR systems – experience of Oracle would be an advantage.
