Responsibilities

A typical day will include the utilisation of your extensive contracting experience.

Profile

Key skills will include:

• Excellent working knowledge of terms and conditions and contractual law
• Ability to draft clear and compelling commercial proposals, contract terms & conditions plus other commercial documentation
• Ability to build relationships with suppliers to discuss and resolve complex issues
• Experience of  negotiating, reviewing and managing software licenses
• Ability to offer flexible solutions to commercial challenges

Joining an established team, you will work across a range of stakeholders including Programme Managers and Business Development Managers. You will be an integral team member in high value, complex bid teams and help identify opportunities and create business strategies bringing your experience of leading project initiatives either within Supply Chain or Subcontracts Management.

• Knowledge and understanding of Single Source Regulation Office (SSRO)
• MoD contracting experience
• Qualification in Business Commerce, Law or other related field and/or hold or working towards professional qualification (RICS, IACCM or similar)
