The Engineering Laboratory Machinist or tool maker position will report to the Innovation Engineering Laboratory Manager.

The position is in the Innovation Engineering Group, in Santa Clara, California, USA.

Responsibilities

This individual will operate machine tools to fabricate unique components, parts and tool supporting all technical departments within the company and  will work closely to assist a diverse group scientists and engineering staff in rapid development of prototype and operational devices.

Profile

Requirements include:

• 8 years of relevant practical experience;
• Associates degree or equivalent training and experience;
• Willingness and ability to work with and modify unusual laboratory devices;

A friendly disposition willing to engage with unusual projects. References and examples of past work will be critical to this position. This position is open to US citizens and permanent residents.
