Responsibilities

This role is a senior one and reports directly to the Board and is responsible for:

• Managing all financial functions of the group and managing all department resources including staffing levels
• Developing and managing short and long term group business plans, formulating financial strategy and overseeing the implementation of all plans across international multi lingual operations teams
• Be responsible for managing all audit programmes and arranging for the collection and analysis of accounting and  budgetary data.
• Managing the company’s financial systems
• Leading all investment projects and work with other internal departments to manage financial matters related to any mergers, joint ventures, industry partnerships or acquisition activity.

Profile

• Solid background in financial management of a business or other organisation
• Management of or a senior level role within multi locational teams
• Practical understanding of audit processes and completions
• Experience in formulating & implementing financial strategies
• Experience in dealing with M&A activity
