Responsibilities

The Finance Operations Team Lead works closely with the Accounts Administration team members and Payroll Administrator to ensure the effective end to end financial management of Purchasing and Accounts Payable, Billing and Accounts Receivable and Payroll processing across Rocket Lab’s global operations.

Profile

• Experience in an Accounts Payable role, processing high volume transactions.
• Good systems knowledge and ERP exposure, experience with IMS payroll would be an advantage.
• Experienced in administrating internal controls and associated internal policies across accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
• Strong communication – written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in an environment where organisation and commitment to meeting deadlines is a must.
• Leadership skills or the ability to take that next step in your career.
