Responsibilities

  • Be key personnel to identify and develop new sales opportunities globally for occasional use business
  • Continuously maintain high performance and drive revenue to exceed the assigned revenue target
  • Have full responsibility of managing existing customers and develop account plan to further expand customer business with AsiaSat
  • Ability in developing relationships with customers from all levels within the customer organization with preference to C-level in major accounts
  • Take ownership of developing pipeline and managing pipeline to ensure our sales tool is regularly updated with accurate information for effective sales reporting purpose
  • Act as customer advocate and channel market information, product trends, customer dynamic needs to internal departments striving to offer customized solutions
  • Be the lead to ensure product solutions are developed and maintained to support customer needs
  • Participate and support cross function team activities that are not limited to occasional use and or media services
  • Lead activities for ad hoc projects that are being identified as per request from the management team of AsiaSat

Profile

  • Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 10-15 years’ experience in selling solution and services in broadcast, media and telecommunications industry with preference to have handled occasional use satellite services
  • Experienced with proven track record on driving new business individually
  • Able to travel frequently and with short notice for extended period as when work required. Work time maybe off office hours
  • Working location is ideally in Hong Kong but will be open for remote locations
  • Must be open to change with new work methods to cater for dynamic environment
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Sales Director
