You will take the technical lead of the satellite electronic aspects over the entire lifecycle. It starts by understanding the customer electronic requirements and translating these into satellite equipment level requirements and establishing/maintaining the satellite electronic budgets. Evaluation of supplier proposals/datasheets and participating in the selection of electronic equipment and monitoring the progress of (internal/external) suppliers by evaluating the technical work (e.g. through design reviews). Participate to the satellite level verification campaign and make sure the design and test results are properly documented. Assist in the launch campaign and in orbit verification.
We expect candidates to hold a master degree in Electronics Engineering with +5 years’ relevant experience in a similar technical environment. The ideal candidate would be a pro-active, creative, enthusiastic and result-oriented team player with strong planning, organizational and communication skills. Possessing a strong technical knowledge on electronic equipment selection and design, integration and verification of electronic systems is an asset. Fluency in English is an absolute must.
