A vacancy for a Cyber Security Sales and Account Manager (d/f/m) has arisen within Airbus CyberSecurity in Cologne or Brussels.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and expansion of business activities for the entire lifecycle of products, services and solutions for the external market
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the assigned customer accounts by building regular contacts and trustful relationships also beyond the existing customer organization, as well as promotion of customer loyalty
  • Definition of customer key figures within the organization
  • Implementation of strategies according to account plan specifications and responsibility of account strategy
  • Cooperation with CyberSecurity Marketing and representation of Airbus interests in associations
  • Development of capture plans (e.g. campaign strategy) and commercial offers
  • Management and coordination of the multifunctional campaign team and internal representative as “voice of the customer”
  • Cooperation with relevant stakeholders for public relations and communication activities (e.g. lobbying plan), as also special sales campaigns
  • Ensuring the fulfilment of Airbus’ contractual obligations (e.g. the fulfilment of receivables/payables)

The readiness for regular business trips to customers is a prerequisite for this position.

Profile

  • Educated to a degree in information technology, cyber security or similar technical or educated in other field with professional experience in the IT environment
  • Extensive practical experience in sales, purchasing or account management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of dealing with customers from the public sector or defence industry
  • Experience in the preparation and execution of tenders, as well as in project and bid management
  • Ability to manage a multi-disciplinary and multi-site team
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to build long-term customer relationships
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Willingness to succeed and result-oriented approach in compliance with given processes
  • Fluent in English and basic knowledge of French
