Responsibilities

As a Network Security Technology Specialist you are responsible for the security of the Airbus network infrastructure. You main tasks and responsibilities will be:

• You are the technical expert in order to advise and deliver technology an methodology use cases and you are the technical reference in terms of development and operation
• To drive standardization and harmonization of the network security solutions and process is within your responsibility
• To support and advises the business service designers to make the best use of network security services is part of your job
• You will anticipate technology innovations and plan their introduction
• You will manage projects and provide support and implementation for corporate security projects
• Develop new ways of automation for identification, remediation, and validation of security rules and issues is part of your role
• Projects could be in those areas:
  • Industrial security audit & security alignment
  • Industrial connectivity
  • Extensive infrastructure automation
  • Adapt current infra to cloud usage

Profile

Airbus needs to on board people with proven experience on new state of the art connectivity technology, i.e. new concepts/protocols/technologies enabling digitalization and flexible Information Technology. You strongly contribute to the transformation of Airbus IT by influencing culture change and establishing new ways of working.

Your boarding pass:

• You hold a degree in IT, Engineering or comparable
• Excellent internal and external networking security skills are part of your profile
• You have good knowledge of state of the art network security technologies, as well as emerging technologies like:
  • Internet security (Proxy bluecoat, …)
  • Datacenter & Industrial Security (Firewall Palo Alto & Fortinet or Cisco, IoT, Industrial device communication …)
  • Cloud base security (CASB Netskope, Cloud (AWS)…) would be a plus
  • Scripting and automation experience would be a plus: Programming (ie: Python…); Automation (ie: API usage)
• You have good communication skills and are able to synthetize, structure and explain highly technical topics (also to non-technical experts)
• Significant technical curiosity and willingness to learn are part of your professional DNA
• You are open to occasional business trips
• You have fluent (negotiation level) English language skills
