As part of Fokker Technologies we are an experienced MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) and VIP conversion organization. Our experienced teams perform the full range of maintenance inspections. From minor modifications up to heavy maintenance. All within the scope of approval of Fokker Techniek.Furthermore our facility includes VIP and SMA (Special Mission Aircraft) conversions. We convert and perform maintenance to the latest aircraft models, all custom made for our clients all over the world.
Fokker Techniek is seeking for an experienced Team leader / C-staff. Your main responsibility will be to lead a team of technician on a daily basis. You’re directly responsible for a team consisting 6 – 15 employees, divided into B1, B2 support staff and other technician. Within your role as (future) C-staff / Team leader, random controlling of procedures and maintenance tasks performed by your team members, delegation of tasks, organize and coordination of the given project(s) are part of your responsibilities. It’s your ambition to support and adjust your team members whenever necessary to complete the project (AMRO or VIP) given within the given time and safety regulations.As a (future) Certifying Staff you are also responsible for the clearance for the Certificate of Release to Service.
