Ambitious international Space Company, GOMSpace, is looking for two skilled Production Technology Engineers for the manufacturing team at the HQ in Aalborg.

Can you ensure the manufacturing of high-quality electronics?

GOMSpace gives you the opportunity to become part of an internationally oriented and dedicated team, aiming at providing exceptional Nanosatellite solutions to customers on the global market. At GOMSpace you will work closely together with skilled Technicians and Engineers ensuring that GOMSpace delivers high-quality products to their customers around the world. In the Product and Services department, you will have 9 colleagues working with PTA, AIV, Product Maintenance and Support.

Responsibilities

• Technical support for the ongoing production
• Analyse cause and effect relations and implementing preventive actions
• Implementation and optimization of production processes
• Development of tools and fixtures
• Introduce new products in Production
• Ensure manufacturing of standard products
• Provide guidance to engineering regarding manufacturing of new products.

You will be working hands-on with the tasks and you are given the trust and responsibility to make decisions based on your professional evaluations.

Profile

Production Technology Engineer with experience from the electronics industry

You have the following competences and experience with:

• Relevant technical education, at least a bachelor’s degree or similar
• Production processes in the electronics industry
• ​Electronics production and quality according to IPC J-STD-001 & IPC-A-610
• Schematic and PCB design tools (Altium or similar)
• SolidWorks
• Product environmental qualification tests
• High reliability products.

As a person, you are working in a proactive structured way to deliver results with quality and productivity. You will be working closely together with all other departments of GOMSpace, so you navigate naturally in a cross-disciplinary environment, where solutions and deliveries are results of effective collaboration. You can make complex technical specifications understandable. You are a team player and enjoy working in a busy and sometimes hectic day. You are fluent in English on a professional level.
