Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the company’s engineering system including NPI, configuration control and component engineering and testing
  • Define and implement product transfer processes from development to creation, targeting at DFM and Gates
  • Managing NPI groups, configuration control, testing and component engineering
  • Familiarity with Mil & Aero standards and responsiveness
  • Support for the various corporate bodies (operations, development) – in all aspects of product trees, documentation and drawings.
  • Manage ECO / ECR configuration control processes
  • Initiatives to improve the manufacturing process while striving to increase efficiency
  • Performing and monitoring engineering KPIs

Profile

  • Bachelor of Electronics / Mechanics / Law – Compulsory, Masters Degree
  • Experience in engineering management in a multidisciplinary company of at least 5 years, in the defense industry preferred
  • Team management experience at least 5 years, global management preferred
  • Extensive experience in defining and assimilating transfer processes from development to creation
  • In-depth knowledge of the world of tests and tests
  • Work experience and management of PLM systems – mandatory, experience in system implementation preferred
  • Experience working with compulsory ERP systems, MFG experience preferred
  • Deep familiarity with Office software, very good control of Excel
  • High-level English written and oral – required
