Responsibilities

  • Perform routine tests for product acceptance.
  • Debug and oversee the repair of production assemblies.
  • Support and perform design verification and qualification testing.
  • Debug and oversee the repair of customer returns.
  • Support engineering projects and assist in investigations.
  • Change directions quickly as priorities will change often.
  • Act as resident specialist in the testing and debug of existing products.
  • Correct and enhance in-house test procedures.
  • Seek and suggest timesaving methods to improve productivity and quality.
  • Support other technicians on team actions.
  • Other tasks and assignments as required.

Profile

  • AA in Electronic Engineering and equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in troubleshooting and repair of production electronic assemblies for the military industry
  • Working knowledge of VME SBC’s
  • Must be experienced and comfortable working in a production/laboratory environment.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated and proactive approach in taking the initiative to develop current and seek better methods and techniques.
  • Strong team player and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or be authorized to work in the United States
